From Concept to Completion

Project Initiation.

We are so thrilled you have chosen to collaborate with us. In this phase we will organise a meeting and site visit to discuss and develop the project brief, budget and timeframe. A reverse brief will be provided to confirm project aims and objectives.

Tender Documentation.​

Once the design is approved, a set of tender documents will be put together for costing. We will be there to review tender packages and advise on the best approach forward to facilitate your project.

Procurement.

Depending on the lead times of items, the procurement process will be coordinated to fit as closely as possible with the project timeframe. We will oversee all liaison and logistics with suppliers.

Schematic Design.

It all begins with an idea. Once the brief has been agreed we will develop initial ideas in alignment with our philosophies to produce a tailored concept design. A meeting will be held to discuss the vision and finalise the creative direction of the project.

Deliveries & Installation.

Logistics surrounding multiple deliveries can be difficult to coordinate. As part of our procurement service, we will organise all deliveries with suppliers, undertake defect check items and facilitate installation into required locations.

Design Development.

Concept ideas undergo further extrapolation and transitioned into a more definitive design language. Plans and custom elements are formalised, as are selections of finishes, furniture, lighting and FFE. A meeting will be held to review, revise and approve.

Project Management.

We are the primary design consultant to oversee the project and production of any custom items to ensure the brief is delivered to a high quality and complete resolve.

Handover.​

We have reached the exciting moment of the handover of your precious project. As part of final sign-off we will ensure defects are resolved, procured items installed and if you require, final decoration and styling to complete the picture.
